Israeli Mayor of Kiryat Malakhi Moti Malka sits next to an Israeli policeman in a court hearing in the city of Rishon Lezion. The Mayor of Kiryat Maliki Moti Malka was arrested with his son and six others suspected of raping a municipal worker. Police also suspect that he received sexual bribes in exchange for providing property tax reductions, a contractor gave him the apartment where there is the sexual encounters.
